Sharps Photography is a family affair that began in 2006 on a trip to Israel. I had purchased a Nikon D50 DSLR to capture the memories of our trip and within the first few months of using the camera, I couldn't put it down! I read as much as I could about photography online and in books and magazines, and then went out and practiced every opportunity I had.
In 2007, we shot a civil war reenactment and people started asking if prints were available for purchase. We created an online gallery where people could browse photos and order prints. Sales from our gallery increased steadily and we added a Nikon D300 and D80 along with several high quality lenses to our photography equipment so the whole family can now shoot together. We shoot landscapes, portraits, events, and weddings.
